Celeris Systems is proud to hold ISO-9001:2015 and AS9100D registrations, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to quality. Led by our President, Mr. Rex Wiig, who boasts extensive QA experience supporting the U.S. Navy Poseidon/Trident Submarine Launched Ballistic Missile (SLBM) and providing technical services support to the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC), Keyport, WA, we understand the critical role of quality in our work.
Our SeaPort-e Program Management Team is dedicated to ensuring that all subcontractors deliver the same level of quality as our own employees. To achieve this, we have established a comprehensive ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D Compliant Quality System Manual that includes an overarching policy and sub-tier implementing procedures. Our Quality Assurance Program is designed to ensure that workmanship and inspection requirements align with the highest industry and Navy standards in the relevant profession, trade, or field of endeavor.
We believe that continuous improvement is an essential element of any successful organization. Our focus on root-cause analysis and the implementation of a thoughtful corrective action plan based on lessons learned is a value-added feature of our QA system. We consider a project incomplete until we have captured the positive and negative lessons learned, which form the basis for physical, procedural, operational, training, and staffing improvements
